Our beautiful Victorian Walled Garden is home to the majority of our vegetables and herbs. We are 11 years Soil Association certified Organic which has become a labour of love, but we believe it creates the best tasting produce.
Seasonal produce supplied to The Wheatsheaf includes red kale, leeks, beetroot, artichokes and parsnips as well as sage, thyme and parsley.
The salad crops are now sown in the poly tunnel awaiting some warmer weather in order to flourish.
We eagerly await the first pickings of rhubarb and in a few months time our own asparagus.
